Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

High volume, full cycle accounts payable (up to 200 invoices/day)

Vendor statement reconciliation

Research and reconciliations.

Other accounts payable duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

2+ years of experience with full cycle accounts payable

Experience with larger ERP

Multiple entity accounts payable is desired

Proficient with MS Excel

Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
