About the Role:
We are looking for a Treasury Operations Specialist to join our team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to perform Treasury Operation functions such as researching and posting incoming payments, voiding and reissuing payments, and other daily functions related to the ongoing operations of the department.
Responsibilities:

Review daily error reports, research errors, make corrections, and apply corrected data into the system.
Work with Billing and Finance departments to assist with posting corrections Research, void/stop, and/or reissue payments issued by Company.
Communicate with customer service areas to ensure timely and accurate responses.
Handle multiple customer service demands from internal customers.
Provide positive customer service to all internal customers.
Education Qualification:

High School Diploma
Required Skills:

accounts work, bookkeeping, or data entry experience.
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and banking practices.
Proficient in word,power point and especially Excel.
