Required Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience

Two or more years in Accounts Payable with a high-volume processing

Languages

English

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as a team player. Demonstrated reliability and dependability in maintaining a regular work schedule. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

Skills/Software

Accounts Payable accounting systems experience. Microsoft Office Suite.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Code invoices received from vendors.
Perform data entry of invoices into accounting software in an accurate and timely manner.
Perform a 3-way match of supplier invoices related to purchase orders.
Assist with weekly check runs and electronic payments, including ACH and wire transfers.
Research and respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
Review and reconcile supplier statements.
Proactively communicate with supervisors regarding supplier or business unit discrepancies/issues
Perform other duties as requested by Manager.
