Accounts Payable Specialist - Hiring Urgently

**Overview:**

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Specialist to join our team. The Billing Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for our clients, as well as managing accounts receivables / payables and maintaining financial records.

**Responsibilities**

• Generate and send invoices to clients based on services provided and/or products delivered
• Review and verify accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies
• Follow up with clients on outstanding invoices and coordinate payment collections
• Process payments
• Communicate with clients to address billing inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve billing-related issues
• General customer inquiries
• Other Office support as needed

**Qualifications**

The successful candidate should have the following skills:

• Previous experience in billing, accounting, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette
