Overview of the Accounts Payable Specialist role:
- Processing of PO and Non PO invoices
- 3 way matching
- Research, analyze and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Verify and send invoices for approval
- Respond to high volume of vendor inquires via email and phone in a timely manner
- Update master MS Excel spreadsheet
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- MS Excel – Intermediate
- Strong attention to detail and organized
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast paced environment
- Great communication and follow-through
