What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Lead & Develop: Supervise and mentor the Accounts Payable Specialist, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Leverage Technology: Use your NetSuite know-how to streamline invoice processing, payments, and vendor management.

  
  


• 
  

  Vendor Relations: Maintain strong partnerships with vendors while resolving discrepancies and negotiating favorable terms.

  
  


• 
  

  Invoice & Payment Oversight: Ensure timely, accurate invoice processing, payment runs, and reconciliations.

  
  


• 
  

  Expense Management: Oversee employee expense reports in Concur, ensuring compliance and quick turnaround.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive Compliance: Maintain strong internal controls, support audits, and ensure adherence to GAAP and company policies.

  
  


• 
  

  Month-End & Reporting: Assist with close activities and deliver meaningful AP reports and insights.

  
  


• 
  

  Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, reduce errors, and maximize efficiency.

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field OR 5+ years in AP supervision.

  
  


• 
  

  3–5 years proven supervisory experience in Accounts Payable.

  
  


• 
  

  ERP expertise (NetSuite preferred).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong GAAP knowledge and audit familiarity.

  
  


• 
  

  Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  
  


• 
  

  A problem-solver with strong communication and leadership abilities.
