- Direct and Coordinate Activities: Lead and oversee all activities within the business or department, ensuring seamless coordination between teams focused on customer satisfaction and project completion.

- Acquisition Liaison: Serve as the liaison between corporate and branch personnel during acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and onboarding processes.
- Safety and Compliance: Maintain and monitor inventory of safety equipment, act as the designated safety leader, leading monthly meetings, performing site visits, and continuously improving company best practices to ensure compliance.
