Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• 
  

  Process monthly accounts payables

  
  


• 
  

  Organize paperwork for car deals, check for completeness, and close in system.

  
  


• 
  

  Process dealer trades in and out.

  
  


• 
  

  Input vehicles in the system and create car packs.

  
  


• 
  

  Pay monthly sales tax.

  
  


• 
  

  Process parts purchase orders and post invoices.

  
  


• 
  

  Balance accounts and schedules

  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• 
  

  Automotive dealership experience is preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Experience as an Accounts Receivable/Payable clerk in a dealership is preferred

  
  


• 
  

  3-5 years experience working in Accounting role

  
  


• 
  

  Positive attitude & very outgoing personality IS required

  
  


• 
  

  Exceptional written & oral communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to multi-task
