Responsibilities

Job Details Responsibilities:

Be proficient in Quick Books and Excel and Office Products. Provide administrative and clerical

support by processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. Three way invoice match process

(Purchase Order, Packing slip and invoice). Maintain email daily for incoming invoices and

information. Maintain accurate records of transactions. Make sure all bills are paid in an efficient

and timely manner. Attention to detail. Filing accuracy and maintain the system in place.
