Job Description

Ancira Eagle Pass Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable Representative to join this team of people-pleasing, car-loving enthusiasts! 

Pay: $14/hour

Schedule: MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY / 4 HOURS PER DAY / 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely


• Handle cash receipts, deposits, and reconciliation


• Maintain organized and accurate financial records


• Enter and manage data within dealership accounting systems


• Assist with month-end and daily accounting procedures


• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors


• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards


• Meet deadlines consistently while managing multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership accounting experience required


• Minimum 1 year of dealership experience


• Minimum 1 year of accounts payable experience


• Accounts Payable/Receivable experience required


• Cash handling and bank deposit experience


• CDK experience a plus


• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word


• Strong computer literacy


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively


• Proactive approach to job responsibilities


• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills


• Professional appearance and demeanor


• Clear writing and grammar skills


• Stable work history with verifiable references


• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States


• Subject to background check, MVR, and drug testing
