Accounts Payable/Receivable - Energetic Workplace

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Accounts Payable/Receivable to work in the Streetsboro, OH area. This is a direct hire position that offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.Responsibilities:

• Printing and receiving invoices (by email or regular mail)
• Matching invoices with packing slips from receiving
• Voucher the invoices
• Check and approve the vouchered invoices for payment
• Pull the paid invoices for scanning into SAP
• Scan Non-PO invoices to Basware
• Filing invoices and maintaining these files
• Maintain communication log to business receiving and purchasing on invoice questions or issues
• Assist with month end close - making copies of invoices, non-po invoice spreadsheets for accruals
• Other duties as assigned

Education:

• High School diploma/equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance preferred

Working experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related position
• Experience working with ONE Platform (SAP & Baseware), LN/Infor, and Ivalua preferred
• Experience working with Google Suite, Microsoft Office

• Exceptional customer service focus and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
• Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
• Ability to stay calm in challenging situations
