Job Summary
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer payments. Your duties will include reviewing account information and correcting errors, creating invoices, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong mathematical skills and a commitment to accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Processing and accurately recording transactions
- Maintaining detailed records of payments and account statuses
- Sending reminders regarding overdue payments
- Researching any account discrepancies and taking appropriate action for resolution
- Creating accurate and informative reports
- Collaborating with other departments to gather additional information, ensure accounts are up-to-date, and develop repayment plans
- Communicating with clients regarding the payments on their accounts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
- Previous experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar position
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Quickbooks
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and research skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
- Verbal communication skills: English, Spanish and Hebrew (doesn't have to be advanced)

We have become the first Premier Gourmet Glatt Kosher Bakery in Broward County and South Florida combined. The variety of warm pastries, cookies, breads and unique event cakes allow our customers to have a taste of tradition and to share that heritage with those they love.
Our head pastry chef Nissim Sabach uses his 20+ years of experience and his passion for baking to design custom cakes. These cakes are one of a kind and can be made to compliment invitations, color schemes and the overall theme of an event. Although we can create any traditional cake, we specialize in modern and elegant cake designs that become the centerpiece of the party.
Our diverse and complete line of products has proven to be a party essential for decades. Never the less, we consider Chef Ness Bakery product line to be an industry leader in kosher goods.
Our extensive line of delicious cakes is unmatched anywhere in South Florida.
