Coleman Information Technology Group, Inc. is looking for an part-time (6-12 hours per week) Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for the right person to provide high level support to our team. The person in this position acts as the primary point of contact to our valued clients for invoicing, collections, payment processing, documenting, and responding to all incoming and internal accounts receivable requests. To be successful in this position, the candidate needs to be a highly organized, self-driven individual with the confidence to collect overdue payments, address client questions, and come to up with solutions with accounts receivable issues that may come up calmly & kindly. This is a position that requires excellent phone and conversational skills. You must have the ability to set your own due times/dates for tasks to be completed with little management interference. Furthermore, we have a collaborative team environment that is constantly changing for the better. Creative ideas for streamlining and problem-solving are highly valued.
