Job Responsibilities:

Generate and review accounts receivable reports.

Review of monthly Reminder Statements.

Meet with attorneys to review accounts receivable.

Conduct custom collection plans for each client

Enter notes and client contact information in database.

Solve problems quickly

Work closely with team members to create ways to bring in revenue and find success as a group.

Conduct credit searches for new client intake, report results and make recommendation on client intake and retainer requirement.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Previous experience working in accounts receivable

Strong communication, negotiation and client service skills.

Strong experience with Excel
