A rapidly growing company is currently seeking a full time Account Receivable Clerk to join our team! This is an entry level position ideal for someone who has just obtained a college degree majoring in accounting or finance recently (within 1-2 years), and has passion to pursue an accounting career. We are looking for a candidate to join our fast growing company who is highly motivated, hard working, and has good self-control.

Responsibilities:

Obtain primary financial data for accounting records

Compute and record numerical data

Check the accuracy of business transactions

Send statements to customers and collect payments

Prepare reports for manager and sales

Perform data entry and administrative duties

Supervise new employees

Provide other miscellaneous office clerical support

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from a US accredited school in Accounting or relevant field is required (2 years direct AR experience in USA with associate degree ok)

1-2 years AR experience highly preferred

Fundamental knowledge of GAAP

Proficient in Excel, Word, and business Emails

Detail oriented and good work attitude

Excellent communication skills and professional manner

Accountable for the work delivery, and maintain high accuracy and quality

Experience in enterprise level bookkeeping systems such as Sage 100 and QuickBooks is a plus
