Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their dynamic Accounting and Finance department. This role offers invaluable exposure to various facets of the company and provides an opportunity to collaborate closely with leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Record incoming payments from customers and clients accurately.
• Reconcile payments with invoices, vouchers, and receipts to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
• Engage with customers to address payment-related issues and facilitate resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date records of payment transactions in the system.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Prior experience in customer service and/or collections is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
