Accounts Receivable Coordinator

*This position requires you to work 100% on-site at our HQ in Columbus, OH*

BBI Logistics is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and driven Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our cash flow, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth onboarding and collections processes as we continue to scale.

What you'll be doing:

 Incoming Payment Processing 

· Record and apply incoming payments, including ACH transfers and checks

· Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies accurately and efficiently

Customer Onboarding & Relations

· Manage new customer onboarding by uploading contracts, reviewing payment terms, and assessing credit reports

· Proactively communicate with new customers to confirm invoice delivery and verify correct banking information

· Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to active billing

Accounts Receivable & Collections

· Prepare and run weekly accounts receivable and aging reports

· Monitor customer accounts and follow up with brokers and customers on overdue balances or accounts requiring attention

· Support collections efforts while maintaining positive customer relationships

What you’ll bring to the table:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team

· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
