We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Maintaining precise records of all incoming payments and booking all Accounts Receivables.
• Reconciling any irregularities in receipts.
• Actively investigating and resolving irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments.
• Generating and delivering reports to different departments as needed.
• Maintaining several Queues.

Specific qualifications for the position include: 

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have Accounts Receivables experience.
• Proven analytical skills in Accounts Receivables and accounting policy.
• Command of Microsoft Office with strong Excel Skills ( a must).
