Valencia company seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable specialist with friendly, helpful demeanor.

Input bills, invoices, and bank deposits. Process and post payments. Send past-due reminders, handle billing issues, and contact for past due payments. Prepare financial statements and reports. Reconcile A/R ledger.

2+ years of proven work experience as accounts receivable clerk
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Experience using accounting software
Quick data entry ability
Good communication skills, detail oriented

College degree, courses, and/or accounting certificate desired.

Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
