SNH Strategic Partners is growing—and so are our portfolio companies. One of them, Universal Background Screening (UBS), is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their accounting team in San Juan.

UBS provides industry-leading background screening, drug testing, and occupational health services to safety-sensitive employers across the U.S. Their San Juan office is critical to their national operations—and this role will help ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient accounting workflows.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Manage B2B collections and follow-up with clients

✔ Process payments and maintain AR records

✔ Investigate and resolve billing issues

✔ Prepare reports and support monthly closing

✔ Collaborate with finance, sales, and internal teams

✔ Help us deliver service excellence with accuracy and care
