Accounts Receivable Specialist

Randstad Williamson County is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to work for a fast growing company in the area. 

In this position, the candidate will be responsible for:

- Making deposits 

- Maintain invoice accounts and coordinating monthly transfers to accounts receivables 

- Verifies validity of account discrepancies 

- Assist with month close procedures 

- Complete other tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

- Must have a minimum of 2 years A/R experience

- Good communication skills

- Good with basic mathematical concepts

- Basic computer program and concepts knowledge

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

$15-$17/hr
