PrideStaff Financial is looking for the best of the best of

Accounts Receivable Specialists

for a temporary to hire!
There is a chance for conversion depending on performance and how the team looks at the end of the assignment.
This position is 100% onsite for training and then a hybrid schedule is available.
Pay:

$20-22.50/hr.
JOB

DUTIES :
Receive daily lockbox deposits
Timely, accurate posting of payments
Balancing posted batches to reports
Balancing closing registers daily
Handling customer service calls regarding account status and/or payments
Respond to requests from various departments

REQUIRED

EXPERIENCE :
3-5 years in an Accounts Receivable role.
Excel- intermediate level
Must be able to multi-task, with excellent organizational abilities & attention to detail
Enthusiastic, can work at a fast pace
Must be a quick leaner, and easily adapt to change
Strong communication and exceptional interpersonal skills; be a team player
Excellent PC Computer Skills, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, and data entry
Good math skills, including ability to use a 10 key by touch
High School Diploma
