Everstaff is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a reputable and thriving company in the Fairlawn area.
The Accounts Receivable Specialist assumes responsibility for managing customer balances for purchased products while delivering top-notch customer service to both internal and external stakeholders with a keen sense of urgency.
Salary: $21-$23/hr based on experience
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Processing Accounts Receivable transactions
- Handling customer inquiries regarding billing discrepancies or payments promptly and accurately
- Managing insufficient balance checks with precision
- Executing Service Charges and Statements generation at month-end
- Maintaining consistent customer communication and documentation using Eclipse software
- Applying cash payments to customer accounts
- Performing data entry tasks
Required Experience and Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment by effectively multitasking
- Strong communication and customer service aptitude
- Aptitude for collaboration
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Familiarity with credit applications, processes, and forms
- 1-3 years of accounting experience
