Accounts Receivable Specialist I

• Prepare and send customer invoices based on shipment confirmations
• Post customer payments and credit card transactions
• Apply customer credits and reconcile account balances
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and past-due invoices
• Contact customers via phone and email regarding outstanding balances
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
• Collaborate with operations and customer support teams on RMA and invoicing issues
• Assist with improving accounts receivable processes and workflows
• Flexible scheduling with supervisor approval
• Overtime may be required based on business needs

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or accounting support preferred
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
• Office environment with occasional interaction on the manufacturing floor
• Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer
• Occasional lifting up to 10 lbs
