Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Accounts Specialist to join our fast-growing team in North America. As an Accounts Specialist, your primary role would be assisting with payments across the organization in the EMEA & North America region.

Key

Responsibilities:

Responsible for opening, closing, changing, KYC annual review and other related work of bank accounts for North American and European companies.
Responsible for the collection and payment of North American and European companies, including online banking, checks, letters of credit, etc.
Regularly collect and manage bank receipts, statements, and transaction records related to receipts and payments, and be responsible for bank reconciliation.
Responsible for North American companies need to go out to the bank counter business
Responsible for organizing, printing, and storing company-related materials
Responsible for completing daily fund reports

Qualifications:

An Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable / receivable or related
Familiar with financial software, accounting standards and accounting regulations
Familiar with overseas bank operators is preferred
