Position Summary:

USA Clinics Group is seeking a detail-oriented Accreditation Assistant to support our operations team in maintaining regulatory and accreditation standards across all clinic locations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with organizations such as AAAHC and IAC, helping drive consistency, quality, and operational excellence.

Position Details:

  • Location: Northbrook, IL
  • Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (onsite)
  • Compensation: $24-$28hr based on experience and qualifications
  • Travel to clinics out of state up to 20% required

Responsibilities:

  • Support accreditation efforts across all clinics, ensuring compliance with AAAHC and IAC standards
  • Assist in preparing for regulatory surveys, audits, and site visits
  • Maintain and organize accreditation documentation, policies, and records
  • Track compliance requirements and deadlines across multiple locations
  • Partner with clinic teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and identify gaps
  • Assist with implementation of process improvements to strengthen compliance efforts
  • Travel to clinic locations as needed to support accreditation and operational initiatives

Required

  • At least 1-2 years in a similar position
  • Able to travel locally and out of state as needed (up to 20%)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and multitask different projects at the same time.
  • Demonstrate good phone and email etiquette skills with timely response times.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, negotiate and collaborate with individuals and upper management.
  • Flexible and able to function well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extremely efficient, organized, and resourceful.
  • Strong multitasking skills to manage diverse projects simultaneously without compromise.
  • Strong decision-making skills, verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
