Acquisitions Agent - Real Estate Investment

Position Overview:

As our Acquisitions Agent, youll be the primary contact for motivated sellers who reach out via

inbound marketing (primarily TV ads). You’ll manage leads, qualify seller situations, book and

run appointments, and build rapport to determine the best solution—whether that’s a deal or a

helpful referral elsewhere. The ideal candidate balances empathy with initiative and can

connect with homeowners while also closing qualified opportunities.

You’ll be taking over responsibilities currently handled by the company’s founder—so you’ll be

trained directly by leadership and play a key role in our growth.

Core Responsibilities:

● Manage inbound leads: answer calls, log notes, and follow up

● Build relationships and uncover motivation with potential sellers

● Book and attend property visits (in person)

● Present offers and guide sellers through the process (with training)

● Act as the liaison between seller and transaction coordinator after contract

● Assist with light outbound marketing in slow seasons (direct mail, etc.)

Assessment:

• Strong people skills and emotional intelligence
• Self-motivated and organized with solid follow-through
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or real estate preferred
• Familiarity with Montana culture or agricultural/rural communities is a plus
• Comfortable with technology (CRM tools, mobile communication, etc.)

• Must have reliable transportation for in-person seller appointments

• Full-Time Contractor (1099)
• $40000+ per year
• Location: Billings, MT and surrounding areas (in-person seller visits required)
• Flexible work setup with some remote admin time
