Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and energetic Acquisition Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and real estate, looking to leverage their skills in a high-reward, commission-based position. As an Acquisition Representative, you will be at the forefront of our operations, connecting with realtors to source off-market properties. The successful candidate will focus on securing properties under contract, after which our dispositions team will take over to finalize the sale and closing.
Responsibilities:
Engage in cold calling to build and maintain relationships with realtors, aiming to source off-market fixer properties.
Use our CRM system to add realtors for automated follow-up, ensuring a robust pipeline of contacts and leads.
Collect and manage leads provided by realtors, entering all pertinent details into the CRM.
Assess the viability of leads by evaluating factors such as the seller’s motivation, property condition, pricing expectations, and sale timeline.
Execute persistent follow-up strategies with realtors to push potential deals forward.
Prepare and negotiate offers to secure contracts under terms favorable to both the seller and our company.
Manage all documentation and communications up to the point of contract, ensuring a smooth transition to the dispositions team.
