Responsibilities

Perform complete bathroom remodel installations including wall systems, fixtures, and accessories.
Utilize trade skills in carpentry, trim work, and light plumbing to complete high-quality installations.
Follow established installation standards, ensuring all work meets company and customer expectations.
Communicate professionally and courteously with customers and team members.
Maintain clean, organized job sites and respect the customer’s home.
Accurately document project details, including photos and required paperwork.
Manage tools, materials, and vehicle inventory to stay job-ready.
Represent Palmetto Bath with professionalism and pride on every project.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2+ years of experience in carpentry, construction, or remodeling
Proficiency with tools and measurement equipment (tape measure, level, combination square, etc.)
Basic plumbing experience required
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Personal enclosed trailer and tools

Preferred Background

Active Georgia contractor’s license (strongly preferred)
Bathroom or kitchen remodeling
Finish or trim carpentry
Flooring installation
General residential construction
