Acrylic Shower Installer Assistant/Helper

As an Installer Helper, you will assist in the installation of our acrylic bath and shower systems, following our company procedures and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in remodeling bathrooms, using basic trade skills like carpentry, trim work, and general construction.

• Adhere to all installation standards and procedures to ensure top-quality work.

• Maintain a positive, professional attitude when interacting with customers.

• Help keep the work area clean and respect customers' property.

• Wear company uniforms and follow grooming standards.

• Assist in explaining the functionality, care, and upkeep of the installations to customers.

• Help with completing necessary paperwork and taking photos.

• Assist in taking inventory of the installation vehicle and ensuring it is stocked with all needed tools and materials.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent education).

• Basic knowledge of carpentry, construction, or home remodeling is a plus but not required.

• Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to use power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.)

• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

Preferred (but not required) Skills:

• Experience with carpentry, ceramic tile, floor coverings, light plumbing, or general remodeling.
