Job Description - Activation and Recovery Specialist

A leader and innovator in myofascial health, Delos is hiring Activation and Recovery Specialists to deliver our Delos Stretch service. Delos Stretch incorporates three-dimensional pressure, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) and isometric contractions to maximize flexibility, mobility and remove tissue restrictions.

Working in collaboration with Delos Strength Coaches and Delos Therapists, Delos A&R Specialists will help clients with pre-workout activation and post-workout recovery to maximize pliability, enhance performance and maintain the myofascial health of the body. Our unique approach is in high demand and our clients feel amazing as a result of our work.

New hires will become certified in personal training through ISSA and go through a 150-hour hands-on myofascial education curriculum at the Delos Institute prior to beginning client work. The Delos brand is growing and new team members who are high performers will have opportunities for advancement.

Delos Therapy®️ is a precise, innovative therapy for chronic pain, muscle stiffness and athletic injuries where pressure is applied to the entire length of the muscle.

It is based on the science of three-dimensional micro-stretching of the muscular fibers that are causing symptoms of pain and stiffness.

Results include the elimination of tightness, restored muscle health for optimal athletic performance and real pain relief.
