• High school diploma or GED required. 

• Must have experience in personal care skills, body mechanics, behavior management

• Experience in a recreation setting preferred 

• CPR certified  

• Associates degree in related field preferred or relevant equivalent work experience.  

• Must have a willingness and aptitude for working with a variety of people.  

• Must have a basic understanding of the needs of the elderly and those in needs of long term care services. 

• Demonstrates above average imagination, creativity, spirit of cooperation and friendly personality are required.
