Qualifications:

• Must have strong program development and management skills


• Must be creative and motivating to both individuals and groups of people


• Must have a mission-driven passion for serving older adults


• Must have excellent customer service skills, good judgement and decision-making skills


• Must have excellent communication skills: listening, verbal and written


• Must be detail oriented, able to prioritize and utilize effective time management skills and be flexible to adjust to impromptu situations on a regular basis


• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule

Education: Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Experience: Experience in programming and leading activities.
