What You’ll Do

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the Activities department operations.


• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.


• Design activity programs tailored to residents’ interests and physical, mental, and psychological well-being based on comprehensive assessments.


• Create programs that promote socialization, entertainment, relaxation, fulfillment, and daily living skills improvement.


• Work includes weekends and may involve managing the facility’s volunteer program.


• Perform various tasks and duties as assigned to support the department and facility goals.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Must have a current American Heart Association approved BLS card within 3 months of employment and maintain it throughout employment.


• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in a long term care setting or related area preferred.


• Requires a current Colorado Driver’s License and a clean DMV record.

Our total rewards package includes

• Pay Range: $17.19 - $19.21/hour (based on experience)


• Shift Differentials: $2–$4/hour for nights and weekends

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
