What You’ll Do

? Lead & Inspire – Guide a dynamic team in curating engaging activities that enhance residents’ well-being.
Design Unforgettable Experiences – Develop vibrant programs tailored to the 7 dimensions of wellness, ensuring residents stay active, engaged, and fulfilled.
Build Partnerships & Community – Collaborate with vendors, volunteers, and interns to bring fresh, exciting opportunities to residents.
Plan & Organize with Purpose – Coordinate individualized and group activities that spark joy and connection.
Oversee & Optimize – Manage payroll, budgets, and operational details while prioritizing exceptional resident experiences.
Be a Changemaker – Contribute to leadership meetings and quality initiatives that continuously elevate our community.

Requirements

What Makes You the Perfect Fit?

? Proven Leadership – 3+ years of experience creating and leading engaging programs for seniors.
? Passion for Senior Care – You understand the importance of meaningful activities and the impact they have on residents' lives.
? Creative & Organized – You bring fresh ideas, outstanding coordination skills, and a keen eye for detail.
? Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – Comfortable using digital tools to enhance planning and communication.
? Education & Certifications – High school diploma required; advanced studies in geriatrics or a related field preferred. Activity Director Certification is a plus!
