What you’ll do: 

• The Activities Specialist administers selected aspects of personal care to residents of the Transitional Care Skilled Nursing unit under the supervision of the Nurse Manager. Under the direction of an Occupational Therapist and Nursing Manager the Activities Specialist accomplishes planned resident care activities and assigned tasks associated with the skilled nursing unit.

What you’ll need for this job: 

• High School Diploma
• Associate degree preferred
• 1-2 years of previous job-related experience
• Experience in acute care/outpatient hospital setting with increased responsibilities and performance
• Recreational Activities Certificate

Pay Range: $19.07 - $29.55 per hour 

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
