Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Spring Creek Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Activities Director/Supervisor to lead engaging, resident-centered programming in our skilled nursing community. What You'll Do

• Plan and implement individualized, group, and bedside activities


• Create and publish a monthly activities calendar with diverse offerings


• Coordinate special events, holiday celebrations, and community outings


• Connect with residents and families to tailor meaningful experiences


• Adapt activities to support varying cognitive and physical abilities


• Lead, mentor, and schedule activity staff and volunteers


• Maintain supplies, equipment, and organized activity spaces


• Support department budgeting and communicate needs to leadership

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Therapeutic Recreation Technician (TRT) certification (required)


• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting (preferred)


• Reliable transportation


• A genuine passion for working with seniors
