Activity Aide

Join Fellowship Community as a Part-Time or Per-Diem Activity Aide!
Location: Whitehall, PA
Pay: $15–$16/hour

Make a meaningful impact in a vibrant senior living community! As an Activity Aide, you'll lead engaging programs that enhance residents' quality of life while working in a supportive, high-energy environment rooted in our RISE Core Values: Relationships, Innovation, Stewardship, and Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement group and individual activities


• Recruit and train volunteers


• Assist with transporting residents to programs


• Maintain organized activity spaces and accurate documentation


• Serve as department contact in Director's absence

Qualifications:

• Creative and innovative mindset


• High school diploma or equivalent preferred


• Basic computer skills


• Experience with geriatric programming preferred


• Knowledge of skilled nursing regulations


• Ability to read, write, and speak English


• Willingness to complete Feeding Assistant training


• Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment
