We are a non-profit rehabilitation facility located in Prophetstown, IL where we specialize in caring for adults with brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries.

Job Description:

Assist, lead, and implement a variety of activities designed to meet the interests, as well as physical, mental and psychosocial needs of each or resident.
Promotes active participation as appropriate and unique to each resident and their function and potential abilities.
Document and complete all required documentation per Therapeutic Recreation Director.
