Job Description:

Silver Creek Assisted Living Facility is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our activities department. We have two open positions that offer flexible scheduling to engage and enrich the lives of our senior residents through games and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and lead engaging activities for seniors, ensuring participation and enjoyment.

- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all residents.

- Collaborate with team members to create a diverse range of activities that cater to various interests and abilities.

- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the residents and the facility.

Available Positions:

1. Evening Activities Assistant 

   - Schedule: 4 PM - 8 PM, 7 days a week

2. Weekend Activities Assistant 

   - Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays only

Qualifications:

- Passion for working with seniors and enhancing their quality of life.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the facility and residents.
