Boca Raton, FL | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our clinical team. This is a full-time position offering consistent weekday hours and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative healthcare environment. The APRN will play a vital role in managing the care of acutely ill and medically complex patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

In collaboration with supervising physicians, the APRN will provide advanced care management for patients using a variety of platforms including face-to-face, telehealth, or other communication technologies. The APRN is expected to function as a clinical expert, delivering comprehensive, high-quality care and contributing to the overall care strategy across the health system.

Qualifications:

  • Current and active APRN license in the state of [Insert State].

  • Certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP or equivalent) preferred.

  • Strong diagnostic, clinical, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and physical exams (H&Ps).

  • Order and interpret diagnostic and laboratory tests.

  • Develop medical diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans.

  • Prescribe medications and medical regimens per Delineation of Privileges.

  • Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and health maintenance.

  • Provide care via in-person visits and telehealth platforms.

  • Intervene in and manage deteriorating or high-risk patients.

  • Collaborate directly with physicians, nurses, staff, administration, and care teams.

  • Integrate evidence-based practices and emerging technologies into clinical care.

Lead clinical teams and contribute to system-wide quality initiatives.
