Acute Care Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in Med Tele/Med Surg units, including monitoring, assessing, and documenting patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, recovery, and ongoing health management.
• Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient conditions in an acute care environment.
• Maintain accurate medical records and uphold compliance with all regulatory and hospital standards.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Current Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• 1-2 years of recent acute care nursing experience (Med Tele or Med Surg preferred)
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
