JOB OVERVIEW

As an Ad-Hoc Recruiter you will assist assigned regions/communities with events, advertising, and sourcing for frontline level positions.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:

The Ad-Hoc Recruiter will provide supplemental staffing support based on the needs of the division and per the direction from the Divisional TAM. In addition, the Ad-Hoc Recruiter will assist with building applicant sources, maintaining passive applicant pool, and managing other duties as assigned.

The Ad-Hoc Recruiter must maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity, affirmative action and state specific guidelines and laws; the Recruiter must maintain job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years high volume recruiting experience preferably within a multi-site, agency, or healthcare environment

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or related field) preferred

• Competency with applicant tracking systems

• Strong communication skills

• Strong sourcing background

• Ability to manage multiple duties and priorities

• Exceptional organizational skills and follow-up skills

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Will perform other duties as assigned
