Job Description - Ad Ops Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Ad Operations Manager to join the Future Revenue Operations function. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns including direct, premium programmatic and PMP’s. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns, maximize performance, and drive revenue growth.

What you'll be doing...

  • Campaign Management: Coordinate the setup, launch, and ongoing management of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including display, and video.
  • Traffic and Delivery: Traffic ad creatives, tags, and tracking pixels accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper implementation and delivery according to campaign objectives and specifications.
  • Optimization and Performance: Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, proactively identify optimisation opportunities, and implement adjustments to improve performance and maximise ROI.
  • Audience Targeting: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define audience targeting strategies based on campaign objectives, audience segmentation, and data analysis.
  • Creative Management: Coordinate with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ad creatives, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.
  • Ad Technology Management: Maintain proficiency in ad operations platforms and technologies, including ad servers, DSPs, DMPs, and ad verification tools, to troubleshoot issues and drive efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA checks to ensure accurate implementation, functionality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports and performance analysis, providing actionable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline ad operations processes, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance overall campaign delivery.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding campaign setup, delivery, and performance, providing updates, insights, and recommendations as needed.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve...

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, with a focus on campaign management and optimisation.
  • Proficiency in ad operations platforms and technologies, such as Google Ad Manager (DFP), Operative, Staq and related technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptable and resourceful problem solver with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Please note, the salary range for this position is $92,000 - $135,000

This is a Hybrid role from our New York Office, working three days from the office, two from home
