What you'll do...
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager who can proactively drive decisions that optimize time, risk, cost, and scope on complex systems to deliver Ford's next generation ADAS platform. Responsibilities include:Supporting development and management of the ADAS Critical ChainDriving development teams toward laser focused delivery of our prioritiesAssessing and managing risks and dependencies to minimize leadership's mitigating actionsCrossing the boundaries between Agile and GPDS development frameworks to optimize deliveryWorking with technical teams to translate complex cross-functional development plans into a manageable and understandable timelines and priorities that can be shared with the leadership teamManagement areas include but may not be limited to multiple supplier sensor firmware and software, ADAS ECU manufacturing software, ADAS ECU low-level end customer software, software integration activities, platform system integration activities, and over-the-air updatesQualifications
