Job Overview: This position assumes responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the ADL Department and collaborates with, as well as provides support to, the Department Manager II in cultivating a culture of support and accountability among team members within the ADL Department.
Outcome: The primary objective of this role is to efficiently support the functionality of the ADL Department through the effective training, scheduling, and support of team members, guided by the Department Manager II.

● Requires access to a car, a valid driver’s license, proof of current automobile insurance coverage and clean driving record ● Critical Thinking and problem-solving skills
● Understand program policies and procedures for services and supports identified in an individual’s documentation

● Demonstrated ability to provide culturally sensitive services to diverse client populations and maintain a cooperative working relationship with others in a culturally diverse environment
● Ability to provide ADL services and compliance with confidentiality in accordance with federal, state, and/or funding source requirements
● Strong written and verbal communication skills required to effectively communicate with individuals with different communication styles and ability levels
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Workplace, and various other electronic record keeping systems

● Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) fluency preferred
Responsibilities:
● Serve as the first line of contact for direction for team members, customers, and case managers
● Conduct regular timeclock checks for DSP team and make schedule adjustments based on observed patterns, including updating the hours sheet accurately, reflecting daily work hours of staff
● Manage scheduling changes and maintain accurate time and attendance records
● Ensuring backup schedule upkeep is consistently maintained for assigned team
● Monitor customer hours sheet to ensure compliance with allocated hours, including notifying team members and customers of any overages
● Provide documentation for employee Performance Reports (EPRs), ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation of employee performance
● Track and follow up on incident reports within 24 hours of submission, maintaining detailed records
● Assist with contract processing, including but not limited to referrals (meet and greets), obtaining signatures, implementing MARs, intake form processing, protocols, implementation strategies, and quarterly progress reports
● Practice person centered leadership by evaluating team members skills and abilities
● Effectively train incoming team members as needed
● Provide assessments and follow up meetings for team members
● Facilitate departmental communication to ensure a collaborative work environment
● Assist with administrative job duties assigned by the Department Manager II
● On call on weekends as needed
● Update various tracking forms as necessary
● Complete12hoursofLeadership training per calendar year
● Perform other duties as assigned
