Admin Assist - Urgent Hiring

We have a great opportunity to work as an Admin Assistant for a well-known fragrance company. The hours for this role are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm.

Responsibilities:

·       SAP Entry

·       Supplier communication follow-up

·       Intermediate Excell Skills

·       Request samples and documentation from suppliers

·       New Vendor/Item Set up

·       Submit samples requested

·       Assist with administrating specs

·       Monitor market reports/communicate with suppliers

·       Run cost savings/contract reports as needed

·       Support ad hic project as requested

Qualifications:

·       2 Years of office experience and excel data

·       Associate degree preferred
