· Manage a multi-line phone system
· Schedules installation appointments ensuring jobs are scheduled in an efficient and timely manner
· Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- High school Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of administrative support or scheduling experience
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- 1+ years of in-home appointment setting
- Experience in HOA approvals and permit submissions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in accurately managing customer records
- CRM experience a plus
- Customer-centric mindset
- Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high-pressure environment
- Home Improvement/Home Services experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
$23 - $23.50 an hour
