Administrative Assistant Job Description



Position Title: Administrative Assistant


Reports To: CEO & Regional Manager



The Administrative Assistant position is an in office full time position with the ability to grow.  We are looking for someone wanting to grow with our agency and longevity.



Qualifications: 



  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Must have a GED or High School Diploma and preferably college degree.

  • Have at least one year of working knowledge and experience working in a medical office environment.

  • Must have excellent communication and computer skills.

  • Must be organized and self motivated.

  • Must be sensitive to confidentiality matters.


 


General Responsibilities:



  • Perform administrative and office support activities for 4 practice locations.

  • Answer and handle phones during office hours.



  • Maintain Client Intake &

  • Maintain electronic files for consumers medical records.

  • Perform a variety of internet research functions.

  • Perform other projects, duties, and tasks considered necessary for the well-being of the company.

  • Making sure that all computers, telephones, and office equipment are working properly.

  • Assist with Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement Measures.

  • Assist with HR functions.

  • Assist with prior authorization requests.
