Admin Assistant

Express Employment is seeking Full-Time Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a wonderful presence both on the phone and in person to greet clients, schedule and confirm appointments and assist clients with general questions on the phone.

Additionally, an ideal candidate will assist office staff in various duties such as copying/scanning files, preparation of documents for signings and light typing and correspondence preparation.

Must have familiarity with Outlook, Excel and Word, be able to take direction from others, and work independently.

Responsibilities:

Greeting visitors,
Phone calls for all front-desk related items.
Verbal and written communication
Excellent time management skills.
Keen attention to detail
Excellent active listening skills

Skills

Must be able to listen well and communicate with all levels of the organization.
Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must have the ability to establish good working relationships with managers, supervisors, and team members.
Assist with other departments as needed and other tasks as negotiated.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Must be dependable with good attendance.
